90 minutes interactive presentation at East Oxford Community Centre:
- Ride Preparation & Planning
- Pre-ride briefings – managing expectations
- Ride etiquette
- Safety Tips
- Ride management
The will be followed by a ride to suit your ability. This will be a chance for you to practice the skills from the workshop and, for new riders, learn an easily navigable route.
