The Broken Spoke
The Cowley Road Condors have partnered with the award winning Broken Spoke Bike Co-op to help support each other’s work and goals in the local community.
Broken Spoke is Oxford’s only do-it-yourself bike workshop and cycle training organisation. They offer; drop-in DIY workshop sessions where you can fix your bike with help from friendly trained volunteers and staff, mechanics courses teaching everything from puncture repair to wheel-building, Beryl’s night a mechanics evening just for women and trans people and cycle training to teach people with any level of experience how to ride confidently in urban settings. Condor club members receive a 15% discount on all mechanics courses and enjoy the concessionary rate at the open workshops. Please do check them out!
